I’m starting treatment Monday and will have to be in hospital about a week for monitoring. Does anyone have experience with this?
Numbers are good however I am dealing with some side effects.
I'm experiencing 90% loss of taste from daratumumab (Darzalex) and talquetamab (Talvey). This is not an unusual after effect of both infusions, but I'm wondering if the taste fully returns after a defined period of time or are there remedial steps I can take (e.g., acupuncture) that help help make eating more enjoyable?
I have constant metallic taste in my mouth. I have been eating more spicy foods BUT I have a stomach problem now and it feels like I am developing an ulcer. Just had an endoscopy and I have an… read more

I am a CareGiver for family member with Multiple Myeloma. I could use counseling help from professional familiar with this issue. For face-to-face, must be in the Hudson Valley (in or close to Poughkeepsie). Someone associated with BCBS. Open to remote counseling. Thank you!
Healthtree has myeloma coaches for caregivers.

Has anyone seen their M-spike numbers drop due to autophagy? I have heard of some success on breast, colon, and Hodgkin Lymphoma cancer patients that did fasting for chemo… read more
I’m reading Dr Brandy’s book, “Beat Back Cancer Naturally “. Dr Brandy promotes this, but has so many other tips. It’s worth the read.

Good morning! Has anyone had the Car t Therapy????
It appears that my hubby is coming out of remission. f*&^&!!!!
We are looking into Car T since he has had tandem SCT's and his options are either ; Car T, or trying meds to see if numbers get better. I have asked the Doc to do bone marrow biopsy to confirm but his urine is loaded He is light chain MM.
Nice! Hugs
