Is there such a thing as a good or manageable M Spike? Or is it different for each type of Myeloma? My M Spike was down as low as .15 back a few years ago. It now has been hovering around .40 since I changed therapies. I started with Revlimid, Velcade, Dex on 2018. Now on Darzalex Fastpro, Kyprolis, Dex. I know I want it lower but my doctor says it may never go lower. Maybe just hanging out at .4 is ok.
What is other's experience?
Steve

My husband was diagnosed Iga lambda light chain in Feb. 2019. He has been on 5 other lines of treatment and is currently on Kyprolis, Sarclisa and dex. Went to eye Dr who then sent us to a university hospital to have it looked at closer. After CT it showed… read more
