Cheryle,
It has taken me 4 years to try and understand Multiple Myeloma and I feel like I am just starting. There is a lot to learn. Getting a MM Oncologist who you can trust is the best thing you can do. Check out @A MyMyelomaTeam Member for tips about the side effects of Radiation. He had treatment and took some supplements with great results.

Cheryle,
The best advice I got on this site, was to see an Oncologist who Specializes in MM. If your doctor does not, you can get a second opinion from a Specialist.

Cheryle,
If you want to learn more about MM look at the top of this page and click on Resources. You can also find information on theMMRF.org or HealthTree.
