So, i was watching this Chris Hemsworth (Thor) hosted show called limitless on Disney+. They talked about a process (a byproduct of fasting) called autophagy. The body kills “zombie” cells or mutated cells. There’s no $$$ in fasting for pharma, and there’s not much incentive to do massive studies on diet/exercise.
