Jeff, welcome to your new normal! We used to go go go all day long and now we have to do a little, rest a little. Exercise helps. But if the fatigue has been more overwhelming than usual, you better mention it to your doctor. Review your lab results with him or her. Something might be up.
It's the myeloma and the treatments. Exercise and a healthy diet do help. I had to realize I just can't do what I use to.
