Have you seen a pain doctor? Same thing happened to me on left side. They put in a nerve block (simple easy in office procedure) and it has worked wonders.

I say physical therapy for all stiffness and harassing pains. Just take your time through it. I have a very good therapist. She makes me stretch out everything 10 times for 10 to 30 seconds. I am free of the pain which makes me think I am better then I try to go walk a mile at the park and have to turn back around and head back to the car within 10 minutes because of a menacing pain either in my hip or my lower spine. I'm still learning and pushing my way through it. can't stop and I won't stop. be encouraged and hang in there.

I'm sorry to hear about your pain. I didn't have any new pain after my SCT. I'm going to a new pain doctor. Mine retired.
