It's best to wait and have the doctor go over this with you. I usually just go down and read the impression at the bottom. 😉💕

I am allergic to milk, not just lactose intolerant. I lost a lot of weight trying to figure out what to eat, once I was diagnosed. Just stick to the basics. Meat, fish, lots of vegetables and fruit.

That's good Mark. I have to watch it too. My Mom had a heart attack at 56. She lived for a long time afterwards. I take a statin and Metamucil daily. I'm trying to know off processed foods as well. 💕👍
