Revlimid And Ninlaro Maintenance
A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

Dr wants to put me on revlimid(10mg) and ninlaro (2.3mg) as maintenance after stem cell transplant and in total remission. Does anyone have experience using these drugs as maintenance. I have severe neuropathy from the early days of chemo(velcade) otherwise I feel great right now.

My husband was on revlimid, ninlaro and dex. He kept getting respiratory infections and rashes. They decided to stop ninlaro and dex. Eventually they lowered his revlimid to 5 mg. He is still in a remissive state 5 years later.

I was not able to stay on revlimid as it caused a hearing loss for me. I am now on Dex, 15mg three times a month , Drazalex Faspro, and Ninlaro (2.3 mg) every other week. I have never had a stem cell transplant or a Car-t. I have had Pomalyst and Velcade in the past, but did not tolerate them at all.
