They are strange. I can rub them off- it’s like my skin is all sloughing off- will I emerge as a butterfly? lol.
I have unusual places show up on my skin but apparently mine aren't anything to worry about and don't itch. I was told to keep an eye out for changes.

Examples:! Marks on legs. rashes, red hands, red spots, bad skin. . .
As far as i know ones skin does become more prone to sun damage, as our immune systems are not strong. If you have been diagnosed with POEMS, skin changes are part of the syndrome.

As part of my induction treatment I've been taking Lenalidomide (Revlimid) 15 mg since January 2024. Within a few weeks I started getting an itchy rash under my arms and across my chest which I was able to use hydrocortisone cream OTC for relief. But last week I got an unbearable rash and the itching was relentless. I was taking Rev. plus Dex for about the first year! Then discontinued Dex. Been on Rev only since then!

Seems like they have told me everything has chance of secondary cancers. Probably true. My primary cancer is primary concern
