Does anyone actually believe that managing your multiple myeloma is just like managing hypertension or diabetes. For my husband there is a world of difference. Most of the problems with these are in direct relation to his myeloma. Why do doctors tell you this?

I was on Carfilziomib in 2017. It did not work on my myeloma. It did make my blood pressure go up a little.
And is 0.34 kappa good? in December it was 0.2 alot of folks seem so more knowledgeable about tests

However, it has definitely became much more intense in the past 2 years. I now must use a walker as my balance is very poor. Also my fingers are numb feeling, I also get a tingling burning, itchy feelings in my hands and arms in the early morning. Any advice to relieve these feelings would be appreciated.
