Hi, well I suppose that's technically feasible, but the standard of care is to start maintenance therapy >100 days post-ASCT. I've been reading about the lengths of maintenance treatment in months/years, and there is a recent trend to move maintenance to 2years. Otherwise the plan is usually to do Revlimid 10mg forever, or until not tolerated well. There are studies ongoing right now on Darzalex vs. Revlimid efficacy.
