I take a womens multi gummy, b Complex and Alpha Lipoic acid ( my doctor told me to take them to help neuropathy), organic curcumin and tumeric just 1 gm daily, a calcium supplement, extra vitamin d, lipo flavonoid for tinnitus, which doesn't help. My counts have been good. My doctor knows all the stuff I take.
Cecelia, at least a daily multivitamin. It is also recommended that most of us take extra calcium and vitamin d. Check with your doctor. 💗💕

Get a doctor to check your thyroid levels (not just your TSH) Low thyroid causes you to lose hair. I've been on Darzelex and never lost hair.

I think it helps. I had thick curly hair and now it’s dry a brittle. Some days I think I could haunt a house with how it looks lol. Hope it helps

My hair is also very dry, frizzy and brittle. It won' hold a curl. I hadn't thought about anything but hair loss, but this explains everything. Thank you everyone for your help. I'll get some vitamins. It certainly can't hurt, and if it helps that would be great.
