Can Anyone Recommend Any Extremely Comfortable Slippers And Shoes.
A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

During the last year I've been buying all sorts but nothing I'd call great. I have Vionic house slippers and outdoor shoes. Looking for much more comfort in a slipper. I've tried inserts as well. Neuropathy overpowers them.

Thanks !

Hi Dawn - Thanks. My Vionic slippers are fur but they get matted down and create pressure points that hurt. I’ve tried insets in them but not enough room. I’ve had them for a year. Maybe I’ll try a new pair. They were quite good at the beginning. If you find something, let me know.

How’s your post SCT recovery doing - hope all’s very well.

I’m awaiting my 2nd clonoSEQ MRD report this week - I’m expecting good results as my recent Labs are my best in a year - my RBC is back to normal.

All the Best

Hi Larry - Good question! My neuropathy is horrible and I only find relief when I wear slippers that have “fur” on the inside. The plush material kind of cushions my aching feet. I don’t know what “brand” my slippers are - I think I got them on Amazon - but I was also thinking of getting a pair of UGGS slippers or boots or shoes - they have the plush lining in them and I have a feeling they will be great. ❤️👣

I have horrible neuropathy. My legs hurt and my titanium knees and hips hurt. I’m good to walk but not so good at down or up. I’m considering Kizik hands free shoes. I’ve wore ECOs for years but not as satisfied with my last pair. Sketchers are light but the bottom is too light and I feel every bump, etc.
I’ve had fair success with Clark slippers but the back breaks down.
