Mine has been 0.0 for awhile. Mine went up to 0.4, but it came back down. I was told they go by more than one lab to decide if we need a medication change. I think we all stress over these numbers. I hope your numbers stay stable for a long time💪🙏💕💜

Might be time for another Doc, where they're Nurses and others to provide support. When I had issues, I sent questions through their portal. They reached out to the Doc and got back to me that day or next. Treatments all about getting MSpike gone. If you have really low platelets, they may need to cancel certain meds. Velcade and Revlimid would bring mine down but the week off from Revlimid allowed enough time for them to rebuild.

Of course undetectable is the goal. I’ve been there for a long time then ever once in a while it rises. I know I’m pissed he canceled for such a long time. As it is he’s only in this office on Thursdays.

I wonder why you’re Oncologist cancel your appointment. when I did have a M spike my doctor saw me every week to try and get those numbers down when I went to get my SCT I was .2.
