In 2015 was started on revlemid for maintenance and did well until this year. M protein levels starting to slowly climb. Switched to daratumumab/velcade//dexamethasone in March and M protein level stable but not decreasing. Specialist wants to repeat autologous stem cell transplant. Would CART T be a better option?
