Steven, Hi, If you have a choice I would say to take it at bedtime to avoid side effects. I recommend taking Dexamethasone at night also. The worst of the side effects often either you sleep through them or they are lessened the next day. Praying πŸ™ for you! Keep us updated on how you are doing. Have a good day ! Love, Marcia 🌼🌸🌻.
