Hi Slhenk9, Hi. I would definitely do both, go to your eye doctor, he will be able to tell you what to do, perhaps eye glasses or eye drops, etc. Also, tell your Oncologist to let him know of that side effect, if it is The Revlimid. Please keep us updated. I haven’t heard of that side effect before. Love, Marcia 🌼🌸🌻

My eyes get very hot especially after my weekly dex. I try eye drops when it really gets bad. Or even a cold pack over my eyes.

We went to a seminar where they discussed a lot of the eye problems associated with the mm and treatments. I would definitely tell your oncologist and see your eye specialist right away. On another note my husband in 6 Mths from the time he had his new glasses had lost so much of his vision in one of his eyes that he could only see two of the top letters on the eye chart so he got new glass and they helped a lot.

I have had several potential side effects such as wet eyes, crust buildups, some conjunctivitis. I have had some changes in eyesight , although I am due for an update in eyeglass prescription, delayed due to Covid. I always wear transition glasses that darken as light increases . I would recommend a discussion with both an oncologist and ophthalmologist.

I would research this situation with the International Myeloma Foundation https://www.myeloma.org/
