Have you had any X-Ray/MRI/PET scans? They found a fractured vertebrae on my husband that was causing his back pain. He had surgery last week and neurosurgeon thought besides inserting rods and screws he would use bone cement but during surgery the decision was not to because the adjacent vertebrae were strong enough to hold screws and he didn't want risk of cement leaking and causing a solid blood clot.

slhenk9, Hi, Compression Fractures are very common for Myeloma patients and is very painful. Many Myeloma patients benefit from Kyphoplasty. It is where they surgically lift the space that has collapsed and insert bone cement in there. Many patients say it helps relieves the pain right away. Talk with your doctor to see if your husband would be a candidate. Love, Marcia 🌸
