I haven't heard of Moringa. I live alone so I don't eat as many fruits and vegetables as I should. So the dried form in capsules or powder form can be very helpful. There are a ton to choose from. I personally take blueberry, tart cherry, mixed berry, and a Japanese Plum extract capsules. I also take a cruciferous vegetable capsule, along with Spirulina and Broken Cell Wall Chlorella tablets for my greens. What to take varies with your diet, hence the word supplement (your diet). When buying supplements I would only buy from a national brand that sells many different products as they have more to loose if they try to sell dangerous products. I would also not go cheap, but I would also not buy the most expensive. Middle of the road is safest for your purse and health.
I’m not familiar with that. I see a naturopathic and she has me eating my nutrients. 6-8 veggies and 3-4 fruits/ day. It’s a lot but I do it most days. I take supplements too since I’m still on Revlimid. Make sure to use a reputable store and always check with your dr first!
Never heard of that, but be very careful with supplements. They can interfere with some Myeloma treatments. Be sure to check with your oncologist before starting anything new on your own.
When I was 1st diagnosed with MM,4 1/2 years ago A Jamaican coworker of mine gave me a moringa tree. I harvest the leaves, dry them and make it into a fine powder, that I use many foods.
