Does Anyone Else Struggle With Regulating Your Body Temperature?
A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am often cold, when my wife is sweating. When I was first diagnosed with MM I had lost about 60 lbs and 4 1/2” from the vertebrae breaks. Someone told me when you lose that much weight it can be hard to stay warm? Thoughts?

I have the problem of too cold or too hot constantly. Now I keep a soft blanket on my recliner and put it on/off as needed. When I go out (to dinner, etc.) I take a small hand fan.

My husband used to be a furnace. Now he has extra blankets on his side of the bed.

I, too, am sensitive to cold. In the winter with my thermostat at 70, I need to wear a lightweight hoodie tee so I can pull it over my head while sleeping. If I don't my sinus stuffs up. I put the hoodie on and it clears in 20 minutes.
