My treatments have all been paid by Medicare and I have a supplement thru USAA. I have not paid anything in 5 years.

Yes Gary, Medicare part B pays for Darzalex subcutaneous in an outpatient clinic or hospital💖💕 Thank the Lord!

Not sure, but if you call the 800 number on your insurance card, they should be able to tell you. My husband gets Velcade subcutaneously and it is covered.

Yes it does under Part B. The Medicare Benefit Manual (Chapter 15, Section 60) says Medicare Part B pays when the drug is being billed, dispensed and administered by the physician, physician-based infusion center, or hospital-based infusion center. My insurance, Humana approved my subcutaneous Darzalex under Part B. I will have my first subcutaneous shot next Tuesday after 6 months of the 5 hour infusions, Hope this helps.

I had it a few years ago, and it was covered but I had both insurance from my husband's work, plus Medicare. Whatever wasn't covered by one was covered by the other.
