My doc said take at night because it can make you sleepy.

Thank you for that info. My husband was taking it at noon. When I told him to take it at night and why, he said "no wonder I always got tired around 2 or 3". So glad to get that info.

Wendym, the manufacturer recommends taking it in the evening or at night. So you sleep through some of the side effects💓

I took mine first thing in the morning. The only side effect I had was my good nuets & my white count eventually crashed. I was only able to have a full dose the first 3 months, after the transplant I never got above 5mg.
