My phase I treatment which included Velcade twice a week for two weeks and then one week off ended a month ago. There were no noticeable side effects.
I was also on Revlimid and Steroids at the same time. So there were mild side effects from the combination. This was occasional nausea and mild diarrhea. I considered the treatment a "walk in the park".
I wish you luck and hope that your treatment is effective as well as mild.

Injected under the skin in my upper arm twice weekly. After about 4 month developed neuropathy in feet and hands and discontinued velcade. After about 6 months the neuropathy faded away. Also the velcade stopped making any improvements to my blood markers.
