Does Anyone Get Muscle Cramps, Pulled Muscles, Spasms Or Anything Like That Through The Night?
A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

I get that every night, what can I do to prevent it? I have multiple myeloma and I also have a back condition called spondylolisthesis which is bone slipping on bone in my lower back that is pinching nerves causing chronic pain 24/7. This is driving me crazy. Any information will be helpful. Thank You & God Bless You!

Yes, I do. The doctor put me on Magnesium and for the muscle cramps I take Baclophen (Muscle Relaxer) at night about 1 hour before bed. I also have found that when I am dehydrated I get more cramps. I also get Restless Leg Syndrome and I take Requip (ROBINrole) It helps a lot! Hope this helps! Love, Marcia

Yes your potassium is probably very low which is dangerous. Call your doctor have it checked

If you sweat a lot at night, like much of us do, it might be your potassium level. Ask your doctor if your potassium level is low.
